This home features an Alexa-enabled device for your convenience, allowing you to control lights, music, and more. Guests have full control and can disable it at any time.
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests and can sleep 5 in beds.
All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee ($150+tax) for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
