The Cozy Cottage is cozy, well maintained and fully furnished with some quaint decorative touches. It is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of the football stadium as we learned first hand after the Nebraska versus Washington game. Quiet neighborhood. The house is set back from the street which makes for a quiet retreat. Our hosts were really helpful and kept us up to date right up to our date of departure. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning travel to Lincoln, NE.

This was a beautiful, cozy house. Lots of space , beautifully decorated . Communication and check in/out were so easy and friendly. My son and I flew into Lincoln for the football game. This was a great “home base”. Easy Uber or Lyft ride to everywhere we went. And so nice to come home to the comfy couch (and AC) and flop down at night to watch a little tv. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was as cozy as the home sounds. We stayed for the Sanannah Bananna game at Memorial Stadium. The location was nice and close, just a few minutes drive. The back yard was fenced in so our girls had a nice place to run their energy out after our long drive. The host also suggested Toast in Lincoln as a place for dinner. The food was great and tbere was a little ice cream shop next door, 402 creamery, that had the perfect desert.
