A quelques minutes de la boutique du nouveau Cabela! Courte distance en voiture du Vieux-Port, Freeport et Kittery points de vente de Portland, le Maine Mall et Kennebunkport! Profitez de votre café et un lever de soleil magnifique sur l'une des deux terrasses privées, la coutume a terminé la maison loin de la maison avec des planchers de bois franc, le granit, les rendez-vous tout au long. Vue à 180 degrés de Prouts Neck Wood Island Lighthouse et 7 miles de la plus belle plage du Maine de cette quatriÚme unité étage en bord de mer, bruit de pas de surf loin. Courte promenade à vie nocturne et de la gastronomie pour maman et papa - amusant pour les enfants à proximité avec amusements Palais Playland, arcades, toboggan .... pùte frite, pizza à la coupe et les «frites jetée»!
Il y a peu d'endroits dans le monde qui rivalisent avec le Maine en été pour la détente et le plaisir. Le Grand Victorian est l'endroit sur Old Orchard Beach pour capturer cette fois la construction d'un chùteau de sable au bord de l'eau, jouer au beach-volley, déterminer quel endroit a les meilleures palourdes frites et homard - ou tout simplement régler avec un bon livre!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We visited the weekend of October 18, 2025 for a family wedding and it was perfect for family events. (Granddaughter’s first birthday). The owner (Fred) was in constant touch before and during our stay. There was nothing additional needed for the 3 day stay. I highly recommend renting the condo, perfect for an Old Orchard Vacation !

Old Orchard Beach is a quaint little town. The condo is spacious and well equipped. Fred is an excellent communicator and wanted to make sure everything was always meeting our expectations. We would definitely stay again. We would also highly recommend New England Eco Adventures out of Kennebunk for whale watching. That was a fabulous experience.

Fred was a wonderful host and his place was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was closing down in a few weeks from our stay but it didn’t create any issues for us.

Great stay at Fred's condo. Right on the beach with fabulous views. It was off season so the next door amusement park was closed which, for us was a plus. Condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Walk out the door to the beach and many restaurant options. Would definitely stay again. Parking onsite for one car, second car parked down the street a bit but was not a problem.

What a great find! I needed something wheelchair accessible for my aging parents with an amazing oceanfront view since neither can physically go onto the beach. I needed it to be relaxing for them while close to enough entertainment for my toddler! This place was a gem for our family!

Condo very clean & spacious. Decks in great condition. Incredible views of sunrise/ocean/pier. Beach very clean & great to walk on. 3rd bedroom is a nice bonus feature. Washer & Dryer in condo was perfect. All you need to bring is food. Toilet Paper/PaperTowels/Garbage bags /dishwasher / laundry detergent/coffee pods/etc - all supplied.

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was excellent. We could walk on the beach or swim in the pool and then easily travel to Portland or Kennebunkport for lunch or dinner and site seeing. The Host was very attentive and quick to answer any questions.

This was the best family vacation we’ve ever taken! From the smooth booking process with VRBO and excellent communication with the owner to the seamless check-in and check-out — everything was easy and stress-free.The condo itself was beautiful: spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we were within walking distance to the heart of town. Great food, fun games, festive fireworks — everything was right there!Overall, an incredibly accommodating and memorable place to stay. 10/10 recommend!

GREAT FAMILY GETAWAY

This place was GREAT!! The sunrise every morning was AMAZING!! We were here in the off season so a lot of things were closed. Quiet and not crowded but neighboring towns were all open with lots of eateries and boutique shopping!!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

perfect weekend away

This condo was perfect. We were a party of 8 women and we were all so comfortable. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and it was well stocked. The owner Fred was great. He met us there, helped with our bags, gave us a tour, and was very responsive. The only sound we could hear was the crashing of the waves.

Great condo right on the beach!

Beautiful ocean view condo on Old Orchard Beach. Right next to 1898 pier. Several very good restaurants nearby and lots to do and see. Beach Bagels is THE place for breakfast. Our favorite restaurant was Bell Buoy. Best onion rings ever!

Fred was very attentive and it was easy to get ahold of him if needed. The location was perfect. Right on the ocean and next to the pier. Condo was even more beautiful in person. Will definitely be back again!

Fabulous beach stay

We spent a long weekend at Fred's condo and wow! The view was perfect, the space was big, clean and a good fit for two families with small children. Fred stayed in touch from booking to checkout. He made sure there was coffee, had some beach things to use and made everything very smooth. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. A quick walk to the beach and pier along with lots of activities in the area. A perfect long weekend.

Better than expected

We are 6 retirees traveling up Maine coast staying at VRBOs and this place is great place. It starts with great communication with the host Fred. He truly wants you to have a good stay. Great location, appreciate it is an end unit. The place is comfortable and well equipped, we actually did most meals at the unit.

Old Orchard Beach Oceanfront Condo

The condo is spacious and clean, and is great for groups to get together for a beach trip. The location is a very short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my group of 6 loved our experience staying at this condo!
