Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Oceanfront condo located in the Grand Victorian. Grand Victorian large ocean front unit with unobstructed ocean views from every room! Private deck overlooking the amusement park with a view of the ocean. Great deal for a families! Sleeping for 6. Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and bar ware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

Grand Victorian on VRBO

This is a beautifully situated property. It is well managed and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is clean and bright. It is a truly relaxing location and is devoid of disturbances usually found in multi-family dwellings. That is a tribute to a well-managed property. This is my second year and I will be returning again next year.

Last minute getaway

We had planned a trip with another couple but our plans changed last minute and we decided to go to Maine for the weekend instead. The host was very responsive in helping us with our booking on short notice, and we were thrilled to have direct ocean front views! This condo looks out directly on the pier and lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. It was the end of the season so a lot of things were closed but still plenty to do. Also less than 30 minutes drive to Portland. The unit is in need of some minor maintenance like a wall with some water damage and some cracked floor tiles but honestly these things didn’t matter to our enjoyment of this great location. Noise is not an issue this time of year and we enjoyed walking the beach in the morning. Would love to come back again!

Was moved from this exact room to one below. Not disappointed. Beautiful property. If you want to be close to the pier this is your place. Owners very responsive.

Spacious condo on the beach

the room facing the parking lot was extremely uncomfortable. Stains on the walls from questionable water damage and dark markings near ceiling vent. Cleanliness of floors on first day of arriving were not washed well as our feet were dark and weren’t there for long. Furniture needs washing such as the couches. However the location is great and the condo was very spacious. It is loud at night from the bar below but we dealt with it. I would still rent again in this location. The views of the beach from deck were awesome

Condo was beautiful and spacious, just like the pictures. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great location to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing. The facility staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

picture perfect view

location, view, and balcony's were great but we are older so got woken up around 2:00am every night when the bar on the pier closed and all the drunks hung around just below us.

Best view on OOB!

Absolutely beautiful condo, very spacious and clean. Views of the ocean from every window and balcony. Balconies overlooking the Pier / Boardwalk and the ocean. Amazing sunrise viewing! Walk steps to the beach, shops, food, live entertainment. Loved our stay, will definitely be back!

The condo was huge, clean and had amazing views. Ryan was great, too. He was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of throughout our stay. We loved it so much we already booked another week for summer 2022!

Over a bar- overpriced

We were very disappointed- the room was over a bar so it was very loud. The sheets were stained, No cable for tv, exterior of building needed work- dirty. My husband was locked in exercise room. People were no wearing masks.

Stay at the Grand Victorian

Our trip to Old Orchard was a wonderful trip with many memories made. The condo at the Grand Victorian was a 5 Star. Clean, modern and very very spacious. Our property Manager Ryan Suier was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Would enjoy going through him again!

Great location. Ocean view!

Nicely maintained apartment and building. Easy to walk to restaurants and amusement park. Huge living room and dining area. Worked out well for 4 adults and 2 kids. Perfect view of fireworks on Thursdays during the summer! The noise from the amusement park is muffled at night in bedroom closest to the park and the other room you can’t hear anything at all. Would rent again if I go back to OOB.

Great view and a very well kept property which we enjoyed. Listing indicated one bathroom had a shower and tub but this was not accurate - no tub - which was difficult with young children. We had an ocean facing unit in the south building right above the restaurant which was very noisy at night. We had to use a white noise player to allow us to sleep (noisy until about 3am on Saturday and about 1am on Sunday).

Great Condo

If your looking for a comfortable place to stay on Old Orchard Beach, this is a great choice for a family, 2 couples or 2 sisters! It was roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Only disappointment was the indoor pool, very small and crowded, but the view and ocean made up for it. Location was wonderful, walked to everything we needed.

Excellent location!

This unit faces the ocean! Beautiful views from several windows with two balconies. We had a great stay. The condo was perfect. You are steps from the beach, the pier, and the Palace Playland carnival. Clean, the owner was extremely responsive, GREAT location! We can't wait to book for next year and hopefully stay longer.

Layout Yay! Room location Boo!

The room was beyond awesome! Huge and clean. Sofas comfy and plenty of blankets to cuddle. Opening the doors in the morning to hear the waves was exactly what we were hoping for. The room location was directly over the pier though. Being a family we enjoyed how close to the pier we were to walk around but at night it was too loud to get to sleep before 2:00 a.m. Had we been in the North building it wouldn't have been an issue. I would recommend it but if you need to sleep ask for a room in the North building.

Great property and location.

This unit is in a great location and convenient to everything. We thought it might be noisy based on the location to the pier but it was not very noticable. The unit itself is updated and big and check-in was very easy. Nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. The staff at the property were also extremely nice and helpful. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
