The upstairs is very nice and is as shown, however the basement level is not to the same standard. It’s clean, but just not as nice as the upstairs. There was an ant issue in the house, and a sporadic beeping noise we couldn’t figure out the source of (which sounds like a reoccurring issue based on other reviews). Nice neighborhood and close to many amenities.

Upstairs was nicely redone. Kitchen well stocked. Location was good. Host communication was fine.On the downside there is mold in the basement along the walls and baseboards (do not look under downstairs bathroom sink or you'd gasp), no smoke or carbon monoxide detector anywhere and whole house was searched. Beeping noise which turned out to be wine fridge so I had to disable it, ring doorbell that kept going off everytime the tree in front of blew with the wind. So mixed stay is how I'd rate it

My stay was amazing, the house looked better than the pictures. I honestly felt like I was at home. This place is a 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely book again. They had everything you needed towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, you name it.

Perfect for our needs for a family of 7. Nice neighborhood, close to lake and activities and airport. Well supplied kitchen. Not much dining area but we managed.

We had a great time at Bernard's property. House was clean, provided everything we needed, was easily accessible. Bernard is a great host. Very responsive. He was a great help in getting us booked.

Wonderful for Get to Gethers

I had my recent get-to-gether here with friends. Host was not strict however on our behalf still cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was good! Pictures look exact. There was however a bit of delay with getting check in information, other than that Host was very nice. Also, there was either a battery in the house that needed to be changed so every 10-20 mins there would be beeping. It wasn’t too loud, and we had softer music in the back so we couldn’t hear it as much. Thanks for our stay!

Location was great, but we had a few concerns during our stay. Property manager did not respond or get back to us. Beeping noises, ants in living room/kitchen and mouse droppings found in the kitchen.
