Building amenities include an outdoor shower, storage unit, 2 reserved parking lots, and elevator. THis unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary suite is equipped with a walk-in closet, a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and private toilet room. The unit has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine cooler. Available for long term rentals only. Pets are considered. Seasonal rental preferred
