Escape to a luxury 5-bedroom, 3.5 br house in Avalon with a heated pool! This beautiful property features a chef's kitchen with a large eat on counter with seating for 4, granite backsplash, stainless steel appliances. The 5 bedrooms are as follows: 1 king bed, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds on floor 3; en suite bedroom with queen bed on floor 2, and 2 additional bedrooms on floor 1: one with a queen bed, another with a twin over full bed as well as loveseat/2nd hang out space for the kids with a TV.
There are 2 decks - one large one off the main floor with a large eat on table, chairs and umbrella. The other is off the 3rd floor master bedroom and has Adirondack chairs. There is a grill, nice outdoor shower, and large sized washer/dryer.
This is a park/walk location - steps from the beach/bay/all restaurants and stores, mini golf, ice cream. Enjoy your time in Avalon at our lovely home that sleeps 11.
