This home is situated in the quiet beautiful north end of Avalon on Townsend Inlet and yet close to the shops and restaurants. It features views of the shoreline of Sea Isle and northward to Ocean City and Atlantic City skyline. Great vacation spot for a large family. Ocean, beach, and jetty for fishing nearby. Two streets away enjoy a wonderful little children's playground and beautiful public tennis courts. Nearby on 13th street is a marina offering area boat excursions and kayaks for rent to explore the bay and to use on the ocean. This property is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. It is a split-level house: FIRST FLOOR - living room has a large flat screen Smart TV and waterfront views and deck, bedroom with a full bed and waterfront views as well as a deck. Full bath and laundry room. SECOND FLOOR - living room has a large flat screen Smart TV and blue ray DVD player and waterfront views and deck, kitchen and dining room have waterfront views and a new screened-in deck, bedroom with queen bed and a flat screen Smart TV and blue ray DVD player, bedroom with two twin beds and 2 trundle beds, one full bath, and one powder room. THIRD FLOOR � large master bedroom with a king bed and panoramic waterfront views and large full bathroom. New furniture in all bedrooms and living rooms, Wi-Fi, Xfinity TV with HBO and Xfinity wireless internet. While relaxing on any of the 4 decks including one screened in deck off the dining / kitchen room, enjoy: beautiful sunrises, the moon shining on the water, rainbows over the water after a storm, evening fireworks on July 4th and occasional fireworks that pop-up randomly throughout the summer, and the beautiful nighttime view across the water with the colorful lights of Sea Isle City and Atlantic City. Pets are NOT permitted. Outside shower is not enclosed. Fireplace is not hooked up. 4 decks including one screened in deck off the dining / kitchen room.
