Come stay at this Adorable Villa off Surfside Blvd in desirable Southwest Cape Coral where you can bike or walk to neighboring restaurants, bars, and shops or use our chairs and umbrella at a nearby beach. Cape Coral Yacht club only 9 miles and Ft Myers Beach only 19 miles. This 3 bed/2bath home has a split floor plan and separate family and living rooms to provide plenty of space for the whole family including your pet. It also includes a private, heated salt water pool. No harsh chlorine chemicals or smell, kinder on your skin and hair. Pool comes equipped with plenty of floats and toys and a BBQ grill to enjoy your meal outside in the fully screened lanai and private backyard. Also included are golf clubs, pickleball paddles and balls, bicycles and helmets. This home is also as a guest favorite, highly ranked based on ratings, reviews, and reliability. My daughters moved to Florida for college so to be closer to them, my husband, myself, and our dog moved to Cape Coral.

Why they chose this property

We live just 1.5miles from the VRBO and love this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Sure, like every neighborhood in SW Florida, you have a mix of families, older couples, snow birds, and rental properties. There are bike lanes, sidewalks, and beautiful canals on most of the neighboring streets. The homeowners keep the area clean, free from debris, and are beautifully landscaped. A perfect place to walk your dog, ride bikes, exercise, or just take in the sun.

What makes this property unique

My husband and I manage three properties in SW Cape Coral. This one has the most amenities for the price and is pet and family friendly. We wanted this home to be the one for the kids and the family pet without busting the family budget and has great amenities like the heated pool, private back yard, screened in lanai, and comfortable beds with fun coastal furniture and decorations so you can feel that vacation feeling during your stay. You really only need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. We have sunscreen, shampoo, laundry detergent and other toiletries so you can get to that vacation on day one.
