Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Love the top floor porch looking out over ocean. Updated kitchen is very nice, especially ice maker. Accommodations were comfortable and window air conditioners worked well. Downstairs porch needs screen repaired but really too hot to sit down there. Though place was clean when we arrived with sand off floor, floors could use cleaning

Great property for some needed R & R

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Solid place and location. Can’t beat the location and access to the beach and downtown seaside. Having a dedicated parking spot was also great. There were a couple minor aesthetic things in need of fixing. Screen in downstairs patio, fridge and ice maker not working (alternate provided and cooler with ice), and ceiling crack upstairs but nothing that really tainted our stay. We used the included bike rental which was also useful and convenient. We wish the umbrella and chairs were included with cabana man or some provided but it was easy to book. Be mindful that stairs are steep if you are older, but we were perfectly fine. We didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was also convenient to have in room. Overall really good property and experience

Location was great. John was so helpful when we couldn’t get the TV’s to work so late in the afternoon due to cable being unplugged. We enjoyed our conversations with Dylan.

House was adorable and quaint! Comfy King bed with full bath and screened in porch on 1st floor. Stairs up to living room, small kitchen and gorgeous bed swing and high top table. The view was imaculate! Stocked with heaters that we could put through out if needed. All I would recommend is maybe a couple of extra blankets :) We will be back!

About Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! Only issue is the rental agency wants you to check in late, 4pm, and check out early, 10am, and is fairly inflexible. So, if your flying, be prepared to kill time with a long lunch on either side of your trip.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 26 de feb de 2026
Hello, we are sorry we could not accommodate an early check in or check out. Fall is a popular time for beachfront cottages and we can not always accommodate the check in requests. We are moving to a new system in Winter 2026 that will offer guests early and late check outs when they are available, automated, and in advance. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you again to Seaside.

Weekend Get Away

We came for a weekend away after a hectic beginning of the year. This was the perfect location! Walk out to the beach, walk into town, and a quick drive to any other area along 30A. The cottage was perfect for us, easy check in and communication with hosts, easy check out. The perfect deck was amazing for getting breakfast to go and enjoying out there. Same for watching sunsets. This was the best!!

Best Vacation!

This was the most wonderful vacation we've ever taken. Being right on the water and so close to beach access, we could really relax and just go with the flow without having to plan exactly what we would need for a day on the beach. We watched the sun set directly over the ocean from the porch swing each night, and saw dolphins in the morning while drinking our coffee! Truly the best. Hoping we get to stay here again sometime!
