Turn off all lights. Turn off a/c or heater. Put any dirty dishes into the kitchen sink. Put all soiled towels and bed linens into a pile on the dining room floor.
Make sure the front and back door are both locked when you leave. Clar out all your personal items including in the fridge/freezer. Leave anything that was there when you arrived including home wares.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
