This was genuinely one of the best places we have stayed. For starters an amazing location and felt very dog friendly. Jeff answered every question asked. He seemed really excited to help in any way. House was really nice. Felt like a safe place to stay. We would book our next trip to this area here.

Excellent Stay

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property was pristine and the check in process was seamless. The location is in very close proximity to BM Beach, restaurants, and shops. 10/10 highly recommend!

Unbeatable location! Great restaurants nearby and just minutes to the beach. The house is super clean, the beds are comfy, and it has everything you need, even had dog bowls for the fur babies! The side yard is completely fenced, which was great for our dogs! Our family is already planning to book this one again! Jeff was great! Quickly answered any questions and made check in easy!

Have been going to 30A since 2000. Had one of the most pleasurable experiences we’ve ever had staying at this property. Great location, very clean, you didn’t need anything, everything was there. Would definitely recommend this host because of his prompt attention to your needs and to every detail of your stay! 5 star for sure!!!!!
