Great. Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing, we walked every night for dinner.Distance to beach was great. We ended up having to take our dog, and she had an amazing time just steps away from house at the dog park.Could use some updating, but overall great vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay. We only had 1 issue with a running toilet (no fault of the owner, issues with city flushing of water and was refluxing into houses that were breaking seals) and the maintenance man came out promptly and respectively. Updates regarding the home were given and documented. Plenty of room for our 9 guests. Bedding mattresses were a little hard upstairs,but we made do. We absolutely loved all the views from inside the home as well as from the back deck. Love the ease of being close to the fishing pier and Pier Park. The hot tub and pool was loved by all, from kids to grandparents. Pool maintenance people did come out a few times during our stay, but I wished the water would have been changed due to Sunscreen build up and love bugs that accumulated in the bottom of the pool. Communication from the rental company has been great, they answer all calls and took care of any concerns we had. We have already booked to be back next year!! Thank you so much for a pleasant stay, the view was hard to leave.

Location and size of the property was good. Amenities were good. Our complaint on this property is that we pay an extraordinary amount for cleaning fees and the cleanliness and maintenance of the property was subpar (dust on walls and blinds, rugs were filthy, dust and trash on the floors and under the beds, mop was filthy and could tell it needed changed out a while ago, the vacuum cleaner they used didn’t work very well, outlet cover missing, window leaking heavily when raining, some of the furniture needed maintenance, the pathway to the beach was in need of upkeep and clearing, the hot tub leaked and needed repair.) Informed management and they had been on vacation so it took a few days to get back to us - they offered to send someone to steam clean rugs but that was all after we took the time to clean up their mess on our vacation- we had a grand baby with us that we couldn’t let crawl around in the filth they left. This is the only contact management had with us and showed no concern or interest in our concerns whatsoever.

Great Beach House on a Huge Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was amazing! The location is directly on a huge beach close to the city fishing pier, the dog beach area and across the street from Pier Park shopping and entertainment center. We did not have to drive anywhere and walked to restaurants, bars and shops every day we were there. The house gives off a nostalgic beach vibe expereince and is very reasonably priced. The property was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was very quick to respond to all of my questions prior to and during our stay. This is our second time renting it for our annual big family beach vacation and we will be back in 2027!

The pool and hot tub were filty, but after a phone call, they did get cleaned. The vent filters need to be replaced. It needs some care. Would I stay again? YES! The kitchen was well equipped. There was LOTs of towels, bedding and pillows. Steps from the beach.

This rental could surely use some attention but it met our needs for a large family. Everyone had their own space and plenty of shared space. The location was perfect! When issues arose a simple email to agency had maintenance ppl there quickly. The pool on site was perfect for our little! We were treated to the air show upon arrival it was spectacular!

The house was in the perfect location easy walk to Pier Park for dinner or fun! Big enough for our family, 2 of the bathrooms were extremely small but not a big deal! Right on the beach easy walk down to set up chairs and Umbrellas. Lots of beach chairs on the deck probably left from other stays, lots of beach toys as well! Fantastic view from the back deck! Pool (oversized spa) is smaller than what I expected but they did come out and clean the hot tub and pool 2x during our stay! It was still great for sitting and relaxing in the evening after a long day of sun on the beach! Dog beach is very convenient just a few steps away! All in all it was a great stay could use some items fixed and updating but we loved our stay and will stay again for the sheer ease of the beach and ammenitiea of PCB and size of the house with our growing family!

Location is great but the house is in need of updating and repair. It is set up more for large groups. Multiple beds in every room and 5 sleeper sofas in the den! A/C works great and the location is perfect just wish the house had been in better shape. Traffic in front of the house is loud and constant.

It had perfect access to the beach. The house needed to be cleaned better before our check in. It had the perfect view of the new years fireworks.

Family Vacation 2025

Staying at this property was absolutely amazing! There’s plenty of room for the whole family. Very spacious and clean. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Very nice guy! My family and I will definitely stay again next year!

Location was Perfect

The home was perfectly located in the heart of Pier Park. Just steps out to the ocean and on days where there were double red flags, the pool and hot tub came in clutch!!

After Christmas Vacation

Perfect location for those who wanted activities and night life as well as those who wanted slower down time. We were on the beach daily as well as the shopping area close by. Would definitely stay here again!

End of Summer Fun With Family!

The property needs serious TLC in many regards, yet the location to Pier Park, beach access, dining locations, etc. was excellent!
