The kitchen set up was perfect! There is so much room to spread out! Whole loft was excellently appointed. Nicely located within walking distance to the riverfront. Bonus: Callas restaurant is below and we had the best steak we have EVER eaten! A wonderful stay and we can't wait to return.

We were coming to Owensboro to see some shows at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame. It worked out great. The two bed rooms worked perfect for our two couples. There was plenty of room and the games made the spare time fun. Would definitely book again.

Great location, close to downtown and the Ohio River. Loved the style of the living area and the games. It was especially nice to be able to walk to the Bluegrass HOF for our event. Also Garett was easy to communicate with

A Sweet Memorial Stay

Great location in Owensboro, with tons of space to fit multiple people. Comfortable beds/couch, but seems like two rooms are connected to one light switch- which was odd. Also one toilet (in room with no shower) tilts when you lean on it. Otherwise, no complaints!

Eclectic & unique

If you’re looking for a substitute for the Marriot or Holiday Inn, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a historic warehouse with distinctive charm, this is the place. Our 16 yr old daughter was mildly uncomfortable, which I exacerbated with fabricated horror tales of ghosts in the upper level. Haha. We would stay again.

Owensboro Stay

Location was great. The temperature could not be adjusted at the property. It was too hot, and nothing was done after attempting to contact the host. There was only one remote for all 3 tvs. Parking was confusing due to restaurant being next door.

The thermostat is a nest. You use your finger and change it to whatever you want. You should have reached out. The parking lot next door is a big parking lot. Sorry that confused you. I didn’t know the remotes got stolen again. I’ll order more today. Stay somewhere else if you visit owemsboro again

Spacious in a great location

Overall this was a good property in a great location. It was a short walk to the convention center and riverfront, and it was much bigger inside than anticipated. There were a few very minor inconveniences, such as the front door sticking a little and taking a few taps before you could enter the code, some areas seemed a little dirty, and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. I assume the last one could have been an easy fix had I messaged the hosts, but we were busy and had some soap with us.

The most perfect home away from home anyone could experience. This home is maintained to the upmost 5 star quality that is expected. The moment we walked in I knew it wast perfect. From the floors, to the beds to the tv’s and pool!!! There are even beach chairs in the garage with an extra fridge. We flew in on Sunday and were an hour early and we were sent the door code promptly. Trash picked up twice in a week as well as pool being serviced!!! We will be back for many years to come. Book early because it will be gone!!!
