This home was amazing! The place was very spacious and clean. Our host was wonderful! They responded quickly to our questions leading up to our trip and gave us plenty of instructions and suggestions of places near by. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again when I come back.

House was very clean, with a nice supply of cooking and kitchen supplies. Pool tubes and pool noodles were provided, which was nice so that we didn’t have to purchase them at the pool for our grandkids. Loved the screened in patio to sit in in the mornings!Pool area was really nice, with options to sit at a table in the shade or plenty of lounge chairs to be in the sun. The water temp was 84 at all times, which I appreciated because I do not like cold pool water. Pool side bar/restaurant had decent food. Grandkids loved the water slide and lazy river. The distance to the pool was about a 12-15 minute walk because the unit is towards the back of the complex, but we actually liked it being that far. Host was very friendly and communicated promptly. We had an issue with the dishwasher that we called the caretaker on. He was very friendly, courteous and timely in coming to check it out. Location is not too far from the Disney parks and other attractions, which was nice. Traffic can be abundant though getting there and back. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay of 6 weeks. Would definitely stay again!

I personally painted and decorated each of the bedrooms and family areas to have just enough Disney elements to feel the Disney Magic without being too overwhelming. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I love spending my time there when I can!

Davenport is an up and coming area that is close to so many fun attractions! Close enough to Disney and Universal to enjoy the fun, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the area!

What makes this property unique

My home has recently been renovated to meet modern home trends! No yucky carpets, Smart TVs, stainless steel appliances, central air-conditioning, electronic front door lock, and more!
