This is a private basement studio in a house. Modern and newly updated with lots of great amenities including a large Jacuzzi tub/shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee bar starter supplies and everything you will need except for your food/drinks/clothes. The studio has a 14" Verlo king mattress and a 43" Roku TV w/streaming services in living room and a 40" Roku TV w/streaming services in bedroom area. The studio has high speed WiFi available. In a nice quiet area and only 1 mile to Bellin/St Vincent and 5 miles to Aurora! Free parking onsite, free laundry in the studio. Enjoy this newly renovated basement studio, conveniently located in Green Bay!

This basement studio is different than some of the basement studios out there. This basement studio has 7 windows so it doesn't fee like your in a basement. There is lots of light when you want it and then blackout curtains when you don't want the light.
