2nd Floor Queen with Single Day bed and Trundle Guest Room 2 – Private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, Smart TV, and walk in closet.
2nd Floor Bunk Room – Twin-over-twin bunk beds with ladder and guardrail, under-bed storage, flat-screen TV, and shared hallway access to a full bath with a combination shower/tub.
2nd-floor TV room with hallway access to shared full bath with a combination shower/tub. Half bath located off kitchen.

About Watercolor

The popular Watercolor Beach Club is a gulf-front club that features three pools, 3 restaurants, & multiple floors with tons of seating and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watercolor has its own private beach with direct access to the gulf. Camp Watercolor offers a lazy river and 2 additional pools with waterslides. The Camp also has a restaurant and bar and overlooks a large green space perfect for playing soccer or other outdoor activities. There are three additional pools throughout the community. Watercolor tennis offers 5 clay tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, and a pro shop. Tennis and pickle ball clinics/lessons are offered daily. Watercolor has a Boathouse located on the rare coastal dune lake, Western Lake. The Boathouse offers workout classes and kayak/paddle board rentals.

Tram service runs through Labor Day for Watercolor guests. You may rent a golf cart directly from the Electric Cart Company, the exclusive vendor for LSVs within the WaterColor Community.
*We cannot guarantee the 6 seater golf cart will always be available. There can be unforeseen repairs that need to be made and we cannot guarantee another one will be available. We will not be held responsible or reduce the rental rate as a result of this.
