Best house and location ever

The house was so nice and well kept along with being well stocked. Beds were the most comfortable things ever and the house was so cute. The location was close to tons of amazing restaurants and the city gruene along with close to the river for a nice float. Will be back!

I appreciated that the property was EXACTLY as advertised. It’s a beautiful home in a great spot in NB! There was easy access to everything. I also really appreciated the timely communication between myself and Cynthia. My husband and I are looking for reasons to stay again

This place was fantastic for my weekend trip with a friend. She and I each had our own private bedroom and bathroom area, with super comfortable beds, in-room TVs, and super clean bathrooms. The kitchen was a great size for anyone who wants to spend more time in the house! The living room was quaint but had plenty of seating. We listened to a record on the Crosley while we were getting ready to go out at night. The theme was so cute and not overly done - who doesn’t love hints of George Strait all over the house? The house felt secure and private even with being so close to the neighbors. Parking was easy, the directions to get into the house were clear, and the location was really convenient even being on the east side of the highway. It’s 4 minutes away from regular city shopping, only 9 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, and 12 minutes from Gruene. A Lyft between the house and Gruene Hall cost about 20 each way. The host was super hospitable and responsive, and she made us feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this VRBO, and I would absolutely stay here again!
