Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay in the Tampa area.

The condo had a great layout. It was very clean and well stocked. The management staff was very friendly and check in and out was very easy.

Great Beach side Condo for a Family

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

Fantastic experience!

The unit is (in my opinion) even better than the photos! Great location and convenient to restaurants, a little grocery store and most certainly the beach and pool. We loved every second and will definitely return!

Really nice and surprisingly roomy.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Girls trip

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Xmas on the beach

This property was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a family. The beach access is amazing and it’s a beautiful area. It was nice to be able to walk to get a few things that we needed or drive just a few minutes for other necessities. Easy access to get to Clearwater, St Pete, etc check in would be easier if they have keyless entry on the doors rather than have to go get a key as we got in at midnight. No complaints, all of the renters at the other properties were very friendly and our kids made friends.

Fantastic location for vacation!

The property was very nice and just as pictured...do be careful as the bathrooms and bedrooms are a little dark. Definitely not enough light in the bathrooms, especially for makeup. Also, bring your beach towels, they are NOT offered and the "beach gear" was a hot mess. We came from PA so obviously didn't bring umbrellas and such with us. Otherwise, location is wonderful and the beach was amazing!

So glad you enjoyed the Hamilton House. I will let the owner know about the lighting and will check on the beach gear. Beach gear is also available through a local company that rents and delivers.
