Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit and love it, this time we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit. Vents and shelves had not be cleaned in a very LONG time. The shower heads needed cleaned in order to get pressure from them. Other than that the stay was great up until our last full day when the elevator broke and no notice from the rental company or assistance on moving your items from the 3rd floor out. But a call to ask what time you were leaving the next morning for housekeeping service. Not great for someone who has asthma. Multiply family members called who were in other units but just promises of repairs and nothing. Disappointing!

Love Hamilton House! This condo was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Still had a decent view from patio, even though on side since no big buildings next door. Enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. Host was responsive and helpful.

Summer Vacation

306 was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent location! This is our 3rd stay at this property. IRB and Hamilton House never disappoint!

Girls trip

The condo was amazing. When we were not out and about the condo was great. It was very relaxing, the beds were very comfortable(amazing). I slept better in the master bedroom than in my bed at home. The only draw back to the condo is that it needs some bowls with lids for storage for leftovers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The location is fantastic. We absolutely love Hamilton House. We are at the age where we don't want the huge crowds on the beach. Hamilton House is a small complex on a beautiful beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Really nice and surprisingly roomy.

This condo is really, really nice. We've been coming to the area for over a decade and stayed at the same place every year. Now, we wish we had found this place sooner. It's spacious, great floor plan, nicely decorated and great location. I'm going back. Right here.

Great Beach side Condo for a Family

Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and 4 young children. The place was perfect for us as it had plenty of beds and space for famiky activities. The walk to the beach is about 45 seconds and the complex is quiet and small. Hoping to make this is regular place we visit when we want to be at the beach.

There are a few things that could be better, the kitchen appliances need updated for example the skillets were difficult to use bc everything stuck to them. The lighting in the master bathroom was very dim, it needs improved. Cleanliness could have been a little better, sand was still in the floor but overall was clean. I would recommend giving the whole condo a more updated look however we enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Fantastic experience!

The unit is (in my opinion) even better than the photos! Great location and convenient to restaurants, a little grocery store and most certainly the beach and pool. We loved every second and will definitely return!

Unfortunately, we were there during the 4th of July and this year it was extremely crowded. We have been there during the Fourth of July many of times. However, I don’t ever recall seeing the beach, so extremely crowded and the condo itself. Nothing was locked at the condo and people were walking up from the beach and using the pool which was extremely frustrating. Beyond that, everything was the way I remember it, perfect. I love JC Resorts. Holly and the staff is always accommodating, friendly and always make us feel welcome. We have used JC resorts for 10 plus years and they have never disappointed us. Thank You

The grounds are well kept the pool is so nice and not overly crowded and you’re steps away from the beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

great for what it was

We have been coming to IRB for over 40 years. The changes in the area have gone commercial. It used to be residential but now is highly commercial. The condo in itself was fine except for the condition of the dining room chairs and several light fixtures and lamps had burned out bulbs. For as much as we paid for this condo, we were a little disappointed. Will probably stay in the area again but not at this particular condo.

Condo in need of updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of our stay was good, but our condo is in dire need of remodeling. The furniture is old and some of it broken. We did not sit at the dining room table for fear that the chairs would break. The mattresses were way too soft and the master bed was way too high off the ground. The worst part of our week was we couldn’t use the balcony much due to people below us smoking pot on their balcony. Due to all of this we will probably look for another property to stay at next year.

Quiet and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is wonderful. Its large, updated and accommodating. The best may be the very comfortable mattresses in every room! The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of evenings on it. The side view was peaceful but we missed our front views. The unit is across the street from a few restaurants, but most are 10 mins away either toward Clearwater or Redington Beach. Easy access to car and beach and pool!
