Excellent communication with hosts!Studio very secure and quiet. Loved the pool and ocean access!Complimentary chairs and umbrellas on beach was an awesome perk!We were able to walk to South Pointe Pier, several restaurants and some storesThank you to our hosts!

Was a wonderful experience beach was right there and all the cool things too do and visit right around the area was real nice.

Free parking was a bit unusual and had to park 4 blocks away from the condo. Queen bed was comfortable but for the 3rd person there basically was a couch with NO sheets or blanket available so our daughter used bath towels as her “blanket”.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the queen bed comfortable. We’d like to clarify that the sofa converts into a sofa bed, and bedding for the third guest was provided and stored inside the sofa bed compartment. We’re sorry if this was not apparent during your stay. Parking is not included with the rental, but as a courtesy, we provided one of our limited residential parking permits. While parking a few blocks away may have been inconvenient, private parking in South Beach can cost $35–$85 per 24 hours, so many guests appreciate the significant savings when we’re able to provide one of these permits. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make everything as clear and convenient as possible for our guests.

I can't say enough good things about this adorable property and hosts! We loved our room that was the perfect size for 2. Anita and Luis went above and beyond storing our luggage when we arrived early and our room was not ready. They responded immediately and were so kind and helpful. The pool is great and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Two lounge chairs and an umbrella were included and so appreciated. South Beach is the place to stay in Miami!!

Wonderful stay!

We booked this property last minute after deciding to extend our stay in Miami following a cruise, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Anita was incredibly responsive and helpful before check-in, even allowing us to store our luggage early so we could make the most of our day after disembarking. The team went above and beyond—offering us beach chairs to use while we waited for the previous guests to check out and the unit to be cleaned. Luis was especially kind and welcoming; when a thunderstorm rolled in before our check-in time, he generously found us a place to wait indoors. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami!

The window leaked a lot of water everywhere every time it rained. Had to lay down towels. The portable air conditioner would keep changing programs on its own or something and would beep loudly over and over in the middle of the night until you turned it off. Nothing worked to stop the noise. Everything else was good.

I had the best time at this location. It's super close to so many amazing restaurants and the beach is literally in the backyard. This studio has everything you need for your stay. Not to mention the free beach service with your room. (40/day savings!) The hosts communicate quickly with any questions or concerns. They held my bags after my stay which was a huge accommodation that was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location and hosts.. I will be looking forward to returning.

It was very clean. The host was very responsive and communicative. Directions were simple and straightforward. It’s within walking distance to all of the hot spots. I definitely would stay again.
