You will enjoy cooking in the brand new kitchen and cleanup is easy with a full sized dishwasher! Just steps from Hyperion Coffee, Thompson Co., Aubree’s pizza and so many other great spots! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Come be a part of this amazing history!

Beautiful loft apartment!

Our favorite place to stay in Ypsi! This is our second stay and we remain big fans! Surrounded by restaurants and interesting little shops. We never feel the need to venture into Ann Arbor
