Free parking space in the garage. Washer Dryer combo, 3 Samsung Smart TVs w/speedy streaming WiFi access. Large windows in the bedrooms & great room. The 2 bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The great room boasts a private patio, breakfast bar, dining table & fully equipped kitchen.
Step inside the BEST NEW BUILDING in the BEST NEIGHBORHOOD in Montevideo. Well located in Nuevo Pocitos, one block from the British Embassy, the Rambla, and the Hyatt Centric. Two beaches, the Hard Rock Café, Yacht Club, and Puerto del Buceo are two blocks away. 600 meters of tree-lined streets will take you to Montevideo Shopping and the World Trade Center (a five-minute walk).
The new building – MORE Echevarriarza – offers resort-style living with a rooftop pool surrounded by pool loungers, a large patio with tables and chairs.
Downstairs, you’ll find a state-of-the-art gym, community laundry, and basement parking with one assigned spot. There is a receptionist on duty 24 hours.
Inside the Condo Lujo entry, a great room to the right features a stylish sofa, swivel chair, and wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats four, the breakfast bar has two barstools, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped. A large sliding glass door leads to a private patio.
To the left of the entry, you'll pass the laundry room (with an integrated washer-dryer) and head to the large primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. The room boasts a king bed, which is rare in Uruguay. Two nightstands, a comfortable chair, and a wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV furnish the room. The closet is oversized, covering three internal walls. A sliding glass door leads to a small terrace overlooking the courtyard.
The ensuite bath has a large shower, toilet, bidet, and vanity. The guest bath offers the same and is next door to the guest bedroom. It is accessed from the hall. Bath linens, shampoo, soap, and conditioner are provided in both bathrooms.
The guest bedroom is also large, accommodating another king-size bed, a nightstand, a desk, a desk chair, and a wall-mounted Samsung Smart TV. One wall is dedicated to the closet. A sliding glass door leads to the same small terrace that serves the primary bedroom.

My wife and I live in the 'States and have been traveling to Uruguay and Argentina since 2000. We love Montevideo and Nuevo Pocitos in particular. On a visit in late 2024, we discovered the brand new building, More Echevarriarza, and were delighted. It met all of our needs with the relatively large rooms, garage, rooftop pool, current architecture, and especially the friendly and professional on site building management. We bought two - one above the other - and we rent them when we are not in town. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do!

Nuevo Pocitos is our favorite neighborhood in Montevideo, and Echevarriarza is our favorite street. The building is very close to the World Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping. The beach and Port of Buceo are but a block away. It is a very safe neighborhood full of embassies. Everything is within walking distance or a short Uber drive away. If you bring your own (small to medium size) car, you can park in the garage. After you stay in this building, you will see why we chose this neighborhood!

We have decorated it to offer a special experience - not just what you might expect from a first class hotel. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet.
