Casa de campo privada de 2 dormitorios, todo el año, en el lago Champlain

Casa de campo privada durante todo el año en el lago Champlain, a las 10:00 del centro de Burlington y las universidades del área. Recibirá magníficas vistas panorámicas al lago, con un plano de planta abierta, cocina totalmente equipada, parrilla al aire libre, bar en la cabaña y fogata en la playa. El carril bici de Colchester Causeway, de clase mundial, está a solo minutos de nuestra puerta. Tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas con una cama doble en el altillo abierto en el piso de arriba, una cama grande en el dormitorio de abajo y un nuevo sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. La relajación está más o menos garantizada. La gran pesca acaba de salir por nuestra puerta. ¡Venga a disfrutar de las cuatro estaciones que Vermont tiene para ofrecer! Se admiten mascotas, pero solo se permite 1 perro.

Mínimo de 2 noches- con la excepción de la semana del 4 de julio. Elija 5 días consecutivos al hospedarse durante las vacaciones del 4 de julio.

The property was beautiful, clean, and family friendly. My family had such a great time we look forward to going back! The only disappointment was that we thought we could use the dock for our family boat but could not due to it needed repairs we were unaware of. Aside from that it was the perfect quiet family getaway. Thank you!

We were absolutely stunned by the beauty of this cabin on the lake. It far surpassed the pictures. We loved the location and biked every day on the causway and South Hero. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable for us. We enjoyed coffee every morning over looking the beautiful lake. It was the perfect spot to slow down and unwind. Thank you Susan for making this so easy and welcoming.

Beautiful and convenient location. Home was clean and filled with fresh cut flowers from the beautiful gardens around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed but lacked lighting. Under cabinet lights would make a huge difference. The beds were comfortable but the queen was a tad too small for us because of shoulder ailments that require additional pillows. I would recommend this home.

Great spot to get away!

Great area, tons of activities for the whole family. Fishing right out in the back yard on the lake. Burlington is 15 minute drive, ECHO center is great for kids and bike/walking path right outside along the lake. This house has everything we needed and more.

Great location with beautiful view, but the house needs a good cleaning. Many items in the home were very dirty and dusty. The windows were covered in fingerprints and smudges which took away from the view.

Great Escape Place

My friend and I stayed at this property while teaching a class in the area. We really appreciated our daily return to this restful and restorative spot. Great views of the bay with plenty of bird activity for entertainment. Thank you for this wonderful spot. We did have lots of rain which kept us indoors so appreciated all the cozy blankets and wraps provided.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving Getaway

Wonderful setting

We planned to stay here with extended family for our daughter's UVM graduation but thanks to unexpected circumstances it was only three of us. It was frigid and rainy the entire weekend, but we still enjoyed the views and a very comfortable home where anything we could think of was provided. We hope to return someday when we can take advantage of the amazing location on the lake and next to the bike path.

Visiting Burlington in Feb

Great small cottage on the water. We were here in Feb during a huge snow storm and it was absolutely beautiful. Cottage is close to essentials like grocery and gas and a short drive to all the restaurants in Burlington.

Excellent location and very serene and peaceful on Lake Champlain. Awesome biking, kayaking and unbelievable views and sunset. My only complaint would be very cheap on the amenities. Had to go out midweek and buy toilet paper out of pocket.

A terrific place for rest and relaxation! Community was friendly and inviting! The cottage is very close to the Causeway, so put that on your list. Peaceful, relaxing environment and exactly what we needed. Cottage was perfect size and spotless!

Breathtaking views!

I had a great time at Susan‘s cottage on the water and the best part for me was the mornings and soaking in the breathtaking views over the lake. Property was well appointed and communication with Susan was excellent.

Birdwatching on Lake Champlain

Lovely cottage with big picture window overlooking Lake Champlain. We enjoyed seeing the sunset and sunrise glow on the water and watching all kinds of birds -- egrets, herons, cormorants, loons etc. all around the property. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay!

Peaceful winter retreat

Beautiful watching the ice fishermen in the lake during my winter stay. Susan was a great host, and the scones were yummy. Short easy drive into the city center too.

Eclipse retreat

We planned our stay on Lake Champlain for the total eclipse a year in advance. It was a fabulous location with relaxation inside and great wildlife right outside the amazing windows. Great host communication and hospitality.

Perfect place to relax!

We were in the area for UVM graduation and this as just the perfect place to stay. The owners thought of everything and the house was spotless. The views look like something out of a magazine! Thank you so much- the weekend was perfect!
