Very nice home getaway. The host was amazing to work with and the house was perfect for our family and pets. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Oklahoma.

Kitchen was sufficient for the minimum cooking we did. Shower in master bath needs calk cleaned bettrr at the bottom of the shower door. We had a problem with keyless entry but the owner came within 30 minutes. We had family visit, the open floor plan was great for visiting.

Perfect stay for WCWS!

Great place for family trip to OKC for the WCWS! Plenty of space. Large bedrooms. Big kitchen. Yard was perfect for our pups. Also glad to have garage as we did have some inclement weather. Would definitely stay again.

Newer, clean home, great host!

The home is clean and well furnished and in an easy to access location for West OKC. Quiet neighborhood with Walmart, Sonic, Braums, etc just one mile away. We appreciated the empty garage space to park 2 vehicles during inclement weather. I had forgot my laptop at the home after check-out, and the host was very responsive and friendly to help me recover my item quickly.

The positives were it was spacious and hosts were friendly and they mostly accommodated. The negatives were:Accommodations were cheap. The pots and pans already there were scratched and rusted. When asking for saucepans (since we were going to be there two months), we were told “it meets basic essentials” already so we were refused and referred us to stockpots/large kettles. 4k per month is not a “basic” price.All furniture was terrible for comfort. Beds created back problems we don’t experience on other beds. One room the bed didn’t have a frame. Living room and kitchen furniture also not good for support, as kitchen chairs had dips under the padding you can feel.Also, the site shows TP and paper towels are “provided essentials”. Upon mentioning that to the host in a text, the question was ignored, so we provided our own.Carpet in rooms is taped with packaging tape.Living room TV has no subscriptions for your use and a very delayed remote.We asked nicely if we could terminate early, since it just wasn’t working out for us. We were denied, since it was a “non-cancellable policy”. VRBO stated it is the host’s choice to allow early termination with the remainder refunded when it’s non-cancellable. In this case it should have been.I only mention all this for consumer’s review. There’s good about it too, it’s a safe neighborhood, pet-friendly, spacious rooms, etc. I am just stating the condition was not worth 4k/month for us, without all these things being corrected.

We appreciate the feedback and are glad you found the home spacious, in a safe neighborhood, and pet-friendly. This property is offered as a fully furnished short-term rental with clearly listed amenities and a non-cancellable booking policy, which was acknowledged at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, we are not structured as a long-term furnished apartment with ongoing customization or supply replenishment. The home is stocked to meet platform standards for essentials at check-in. For extended stays, it is common for guests to supplement items based on personal preferences, which many long-term guests do. Regarding furnishings and condition, all items are maintained to be functional and consistent with the listing. Comfort preferences can vary widely from guest to guest, and we encourage future guests to review photos and descriptions carefully to ensure the home fits their expectations. During this stay, we remained responsive and addressed multiple requests in good faith. However, we were unable to accommodate an early termination outside of the agreed policy. We wish you the best in finding accommodations that better match your specific preferences in the future.
