Rénovation complète du bain et du lifting de la cuisine JUSTE terminé en mai 2018. Guest cottage à Sugar Magnolia, Sugaree, est un spacieux cottage 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain situé dans un quartier calme de Seagrove à côté de Grove by the Sea sur Scenic 30-A. À quelques pas de la magnifique côte d'émeraude et à quelques pas de la ville de Seaside, Sugaree est parfaitement situé.

Niché parmi les magnolias, les chênes vivants et les lauriers, une fabuleuse maison d'hôtes vous attend! .Sugaree est de 700 pieds carrés avec une cuisine complète, un salon et une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Réveillez-vous dans un jardin dans la cour et ouvrez vos portes et profitez de votre café du matin sur votre terrasse privée. L'étage est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et planifier les activités de votre journée.

Marchez ou faites du vélo dans les magasins et restaurants à proximité de Seagrove, Seaside et Aquarelle. Profitez de la pêche, du stand up paddle, du canoë et du kayak, ou détendez-vous et buvez au coucher du soleil en vous enfouissant les orteils dans le sable.

Great stay for our anniversary trip. Close to the beach and a bike ride away from Seaside. Lovely little cottage. The WiFi was spotty and only local TV, no cable. Great beach place! Highly recommend.

Needed getaway

Very cozy and private. We biked everywhere. Walk to beach. The cottage was clean. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! There were a few amenities missing like paper towels, trash can liners, and toilet paper, but other than that Sugaree was clean and met our expectations. Very short walk to the beach and to Whiskey Bravo and Snappy Turtle. Fairly short walk/bike ride to Seaside as well! We enjoyed our stay!

I'm terribly sorry that you didn't receive the full amenity package. 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are part of the package. I'll check with housekeeping and ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope you come back again soon!

Sugaree

It was a great location we loved the short walk to the beach with the convenience of the crosswalk. It was tricky to spot coming in at night time but truly 10/10 would stay there again. The house is all you need if you love to spend most of your time on the beach or in walking distance of seasides fun activities.

Excellent location, came with beach chairs and umbrella, & bikes. Kitchen needed more linens as well as bath. We had 3 bath towels. Kitchen needs sharp knife. Would def stay here again.

Spectacular property

My wife and I booked this property to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we found the property to be very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and small toiletries. The kitchen has a few pots and pans if you do wish to be able to cook or prepare small meals. We really liked that it was close enough to town to be able to walk there, but not so close that the traffic was horrendous and the bikes that were provided were a really nice accommodation. The beach was right across the street, and very easily accessible. The only negative, was it is a smaller unit so it was a little bit more difficult to find storage for everything, and some of the drawers on the chest of drawers were loose, but it was not really much of a problem. We had a wonderful time, and would recommend this property to anyone who would ask about a great place to stay near 30A!

Sweet Santa Rosa

This cottage was perfect for my teenage granddaughter & I. It was clean. Upon entering, you are immediately in the bedroom. The queen bed was comfortable. The kitchen & living room are up two small flights of stairs. The couch bed was not comfortable, but agreeable for a teenager. The kitchen had nice appliances & enough dishes. There is no dishwasher. If you plan to cook, bring the basics you like. The W&D are great to have. Two nice beach chairs were available. We did not use the umbrellas. We could walk to the beautiful beach in minutes. Caution: these are large dunes with several flights of stairs to access the beach. We stayed the end of April. The area was not crowded. The weather perfect. We rode bicycles to several of the neighboring towns. I have a small car so I had no problems parking in front of the cottage. The cottage is located on 30A. There is traffic, but it was generally quiet. The small yard has two Adirondak chairs where I sat sometimes in the morning to have coffee. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Our New Go to Cottage

My husband and I LOVED Sugaree. Just the right size for the two of us. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Love the location; tucked in under the live oaks gives a buffer from the crowds and crazy acting teenagers. We’ll be back!

Good Place But Not On Beach

I misunderstood one of the pictures associated with Sugaree. I thought the steps leading to the beach were right on or next to the property. They are not. So I was disappointed when we got there, as a beach vacation to me means being on the beach. I did adjust, and the beach is only a short block away, across 30A. Aside from that, and the unreliable wifi (it randomly disconnected in the middle of movies, podcasts, games, etc.) Sugaree is very enjoyable. Very clean, well furnished, and amply supplied.

Emerald Ecstasy

Long awaited first trip as empty nesters! Delivered in a big way with perfect accommodations. Stress being on location, location, location! 100 yards from the beach. A mile each way to the heart of both the Seagrove and Seaside communities and an abundance of excellent food! Bayou Bill’s, Angelina’s (whose lunch specials were as good as their dinner selections) and Old Florida Fishhouse were new and incredible stops for us, and Red Bar always a favorite didn’t let us down! If you haven’t been here in the fall, well you need to the weather has almost 100% of the time been perfect in October for us! This week was great with mid-80’s and light onshore winds to keep the beach clear of clouds and Insects. This was a perfect week for us and we thank our hosts at “Sugaree” 5-stars from the Leslie’s!

Tiny little paradise

This is my second stay at Sugaree and it was even better than I remember it being a few years ago. The bathroom updates are especially nice. Cannot beat location – so close to beach access, easy bike ride to Seagrove or Seaside, and tucked just far enough off the highway that you don't feel like you're staying right on it. Perfect perfect perfect.

Great Location and Perfect for a Couple.

A short walk to the beach. Having bikes provided for riding to restaurants was great. Parking was as described, but it is not desirable as it is just two feet off of 30-A on the roadside. Very clean and tidy inside. The TV’s, internet, and A/C system work great. The layout is good with bed and bath downstairs, and kitchen and living area upstairs. Small but very efficient. Kitchen is stocked but minimal. Landscape and trash area could use some TLC. The mattress really needs to be replaced, and the furnishings are basic but should be upgraded considering the rate and location. Communication from management was all written and efficient. Overall the experience was very good and we would not hesitate staying again!

Sugaree Cottage - delightful, restful & quaint

Excellent location in proximate of beach & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, however the parking was difficult to load & unload due to the high traffic of parking area.

The house was adorable and very clean! It was the perfect location and walking distance to both the beach and seaside! My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and we loved it! Would come back!
