Si desea relajarse en las playas más bellas de los EE.UU., trata de 'A la sombra' en el Viejo Santa Rosa Beach. Esta bien ubicado, único, antigua casa de campo de estilo de Florida que fue construido en la década de 1940 le llevará lejos y le permiten disfrutar de sus vacaciones sin las multitudes y el ruido de otros destinos en la zona Panhandle de la Florida. 3 lotes de Norte 30-A, a sólo 5 calles al este de la carretera estatal # 395. Cerca y conveniente a la playa, pero aún así lo suficientemente lejos. Hay una gran zona para andar en bicicleta.

My kiddos and I loved the layout and front screened porch, also how they biked everywhere to hang out with friends that happened to be vacationing as well. The Kitchen had most everything you could need and plenty of towels for bathing. Didn’t have any issues at all and just across the street from beach access was a treat. Would recommend this rental to anyone!

Relaxing cottage by the beach

Our family loved staying at this eclectic beach cottage. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s also walkable to restaurants and the seaside shops, which was nice because parking isn’t very easy in seaside. Our favorite place to hang out was on the front porch.

Girls Trip for Birthdays!

We always like to stay in Seagrove. It’s close enough you can ride bikes to Seaside for brunch, lunch or dinner yet far enough away you feel secluded. It’s peaceful and relaxing and oh that hammock on the front porch! Such a fun trip and we will definitely be back!

Cute cottage with great location

We loved this cute and eclectic cottage which was just steps to the beach access. Nice to be so close to restaurants, but removed from the congestion of Seaside. Quiet and comfortable. Loads of fun details in the decor, and fabulous screened in porch with hammock and plenty of seating for everyone! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

Overall great experience, superb location, super responsive and engaging property mgmt, they made everything very easy. Annual Birthday Celebration

All three of my daughters birthdays are in September, so we decided to start an annual birthday weekend celebration since we love 30A so much. We love this quaint beach house for the character, location, price and all the memories we’ve made there. The only negative is the water pressure and the downstairs shower head didn’t work. Other than that is was perfect and will definitely come again. My girls actually request it every year!

Had a few complaints that the bunk beds and queen was hard and not too comfortable, but hey, we can sleep on the beach, so no real complaints. The second bedroom was bigger than expected. There were bikes available and more parking space than reported. We had a great stay!

There's enough room in the living and dining room for a group. The kitchen is a bit small, but well equipped. Our only complaint is that the floor always felt like there was sand on it, so make sure you bring your house slippers or some socks! You can see the ocean from the road outside of the house - the location cannot be beat!

The eclectic decor is so fun. It may be an old cottage, but it magically met all our needs. If you need high gloss, modern, this is not the house for you. But if you love the old Florida style, this house is a gem. The screened in porch is where we spent a lot of time. It is a easy walk to the beach and Seaside. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is not modern but met our needs. We will definitely return. Love, love, love this cottage.

Its about the Location not the house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the house in unbeatable. The condition of the house was unfortunate. From the pictures I knew we weren't renting an updated house, but feeling grossed out by everything around the house isn't what we expected. Was suppose to have 2 baths, but one didn't have a shower head or a way of turning on the shower portion so we ended up with 4 people sharing 1 Bathroom. Nothing has been maintained in the house, looks like after each renter they do a quick clean and call it good. House has potential but needs some love and a couple of bucks to make it suitable for a renter.

Beautiful house, but Nightmare Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, the house and location was perfect. Been vacationing in the area now for our 30 years and we try a new place each time we visit as a family, but this time was the worse in 30 years. Construction is everywhere on different degrees. But very disappointed that the management company didn't flag that 15 feet away, there was from 7a-3pm concrete jack-hammers, concrete block dumping intro trucks and earth shaking noise that sent our family to tears. The kids were hiding in their room with door closed and refused to come out in the morning for breakfast, the wife was under pillows so she could sleep...what this did was destroy our experience at the beach and pushed us away from the house so we never got to enjoy all the things you see listed in the description from 7am-5pm. I finally called the management company and politely explained the situation and she could barely hear me on the phone and knew that we are not happy. She said she would escalate this to the billing dept to look into a refund and she would call me back during our stay - which she never did nor have we (as of 3/14) heard or seen any kind of compensation for this nightmare. And yes, she made it very clear there is a clause in our contract that they cannot be responsible for construction disruption in the area. I totally understand and I have been in a condo where there was construction happening nearby...but this was unacceptable.Why Beanchmark Management could not have flagged this in the rental/property description is beyond me - it clearly needed to say "During March 2022, construction is happening next door that may impact your experience". It is a simple line that does 2 things....1) Tells you of a possible disruption that may impact your stay and sets expectations for a renter and 2) clearly shows they are proactive and care about their customers so they will come back again because they had a great experience - or knew ahead of time.

We appreciate your loyalty to this point as well as your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication or lack thereof regarding the construction nearby, and are sorry to hear that this put a damper on your vacation with us. While there is constant construction all along 30A, we are trying to implement a plan to keep track of this and note it on our listing when there will be any near one of our properties. We understand this does not help for your instance, but hope that it will be helpful for future guests and you, should you ever decide to give us another chance. As touched on in the policy, it is difficult for us to predict and keep track of construction plans in the area as we are rarely notified when these changes occur and have to rely on our inspectors and cleaners to report when they notice any nearby. BEWARE!!! Active Demolition on two sides

We arrived and found the house right next door was being actively demolished and the same for buildings across the "street". So loud, and the floor shook. Our trip was Thurs-Monday and with the amount of construction we couldn't even stay. I called the property manager and while she seemed to empathize, they were not amenable to offering my money back and even sent me the fine print. I understand that "inconvenience" due to construction is one thing, but this was an active construction zone that felt unsafe. We left immediately (within 30m) and we were blocked in by a dump truck in that amount of time. I am very disappointed that I booked in October and was never provided an update on the neighborhood (very active construction and Cowgirl Kitchen is gone) and provided an opportunity to change our reservation. We had my 74 year old mother with us and couldn't risk it. So upsetting. We did not stay at the property.

Tina, We are very sorry your time was unsatisfactory. We wish for our guests to have a relaxing stay while vacationing with us at Benchmark Management. We are saddened to hear we were unable to provide that for you and your family. Benchmark cannot predict construction plans in the area, but we are truly sorry the construction caused an inconvenience during your trip to the beach. Per your rental agreement, we cannot adjust your reservation after 60 days prior to your arrival. Do to this, we were unable to refund your stay, nor did we have an open property to move you to. We do wish the circumstances surrounding your stay where different, we would have loved the opportunity to provide you with the 5-star stay we strive for here at Benchmark Management.

Quaint vintage beach cottage

This is the third time we have stayed at Made in the Shade and we have always loved it. The place was clean and the check in process super easy. It is a charming older home with a wonderful screened in front porch. We have always enjoy the bikes that are provided. However this time three bikes were waiting in the shed that were all rusted…one with the chain off and the other with a flat tire, there was only one bike that was rideable. That was very disappointing, I feel like if you were not going to provide bikes that is one thing but do not have bikes waiting that are not rideable. We could have had bikes set up to be delivered before we got there if we would have known. I did get a quick response from the management company who said that they would try and get them fixed but we never saw anyone and they were never fixed. Overall a great place just ignore the past reviews saying how nice it was that bikes were provided and prepare to pay for your own! This place is nicely set up for a big family. It is across the highway from the beach(short walk) and close to Seaside!

We did not use the screened porch as it was dirty with old cushions and not enticing to sit. Location is great and an easy bike ride to Seaside.
