Very nice place with plenty of amenities everything you need is at hand way better then staying in a hotel. Neighborhood was questionable but cameras on site, would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for a softball tournament. A/C worked great. Hot water heater was tricky. Nice to have 3 rooms but living area is small. We didn’t have much time to hang around at house so it was fine.

Luke warm water for showering, kinda rough neighborhood (crackheads roaming around). Was fine for a few construction guys in town for work but would not recommend for a family.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the home worked well for your group’s work trip. We do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. The shower does provide hot water, though sometimes it takes a little longer to heat depending on usage, and we’ll double-check to ensure it’s working at full capacity. As for the neighborhood, while every city has areas with activity, we’ve had many guests — including families — stay without issue and share that they felt comfortable and safe. The property is also equipped with security features, and we take guest safety very seriously. We strive to provide a clean, reliable, and affordable stay, and appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving.

THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY

We were staying while WORKING an event so left early got in late. Didn't get a chance to tell you but the hot water heater needs checked. Didn't have much hot water all weekend there might be an issue or the thermostat needs turned up. Thanks for a great stay.
