Oak - Downstairs Only is formally known as Alabama Charm - Downstairs Ony!

Oak - Downstairs is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, located only 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! The covered porch of Oak is filled with outdoor furniture, including a porch swing, perfect for relaxing and hanging out with the family on a beautiful Alabama evening. The living room has games, a tv, and plenty of comfortable seating. Whether you want to host friends or stay in for a cozy night Oak - Downstairs is the perfect place! Out back there is a shared grill, along with grilling utensils, and fire place perfect for an outdoor bbq with family!

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and accessories, including a 12 cup drip coffee maker and single serve Keurig. After preparing your perfect home-cooked meal in the kitchen you can sit down and enjoy in the dining room or adorable breakfast nook! You even will receive a starter set of coffee supplies as well as a welcome basket of treats!

Bedrooms:
The first bedroom is right off of the living room and has three Single beds for the kids to sleep in! The other two bedrooms are down the hall. Both rooms have a King bed and tv, one has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is down the hall and also has a walk-in bathroom.

This listing is for just the downstairs portion on the house - 3 bedrooms (2 K's, 2 Twins, and 1 Twin Rollaway if needed) / 2 full bathrooms.

This is an extremely unique house, located in Downtown Tuscaloosa. We have several booking options, so contact us prior to booking!

* Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Pecan and Magnolia houses.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
