HOT TUB RULES: When using the hot tub please do not use the skirt to lift and close the top. Please lift from the hard top. No tubbing after 10:00pm
LEASH LAWS: Please be aware that Bend has strict leash laws, so please keep your dogs on a leash at all times. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
EV CHARGER: You are welcome to us the EV Charger, but please understand you will have to pay for the power you use, but it is lees than public rate.

The house was well appointed and perfect for our two teenage children and our dog. Great location - not far from great restaurants and located right next to the trail to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again - great communication with the host, Chip.

This property was terrific. Excellent location - quick to everything. Host was on top of communication and followed up. The only thing I'd say is that it needs better instructions...how to get to where you park (home is on Skyliners but you have to go around the block and down an alley to get to the driveway in the back). Other than that little thing - beds were comfortable, had all the amenities and a hot tub!
