Welcome, and thank you for considering our apartment Miramar for your stay in Dubrovnik!
Our apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet building and was fully renovated in 2025. We have created a warm and cozy space where we want you to feel completely at home. Every detail has been carefully designed to ensure your comfort—from stylish furniture and a modern, fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating in every room.
One of the most special features of this apartment is the enclosed balcony, offering a magical view of the sea and the Elaphiti Islands. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee at sunrise or unwinding with a glass of wine while watching the sunset—it's a breathtaking sight! If you're looking to unwind after a day of exploring the city, you can relax with the TV and enjoy Netflix.
We offer an easy and hassle-free check-in process to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible.
The location is fantastic! We are close to the main bus station and the port, and you will find shops, restaurants, cafés, and a local market just a short walk away, everything is within easy reach. If you’re arriving by taxi or Uber, getting to the apartment is simple and convenient.
A small note: the apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. There are around 100 steps leading up to the building.
We understand that this might be a challenge, but Dubrovnik is a medieval city, and stairs are simply a part of its charm wherever you go. That being said, we promise—the view waiting for you at the top is absolutely worth it!
We also want to be upfront about parking. The apartment does not have private parking, and finding a public parking spot in the area can be extremely difficult. For this reason, we recommend arriving without a car to avoid the hassle of parking.
