- Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM. - There is a $250 smoking fee. You can smoke in the outside areas such as the balcony.
- No pets are allowed unless prior approval is granted. There is a max of two pets per stay. Pet fee is $50 per pet.
- A fee will be charged for any missing or damaged remotes. ($75) - Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
