We enjoyed our time in this area. The property was great, with a screened-in patio area, which we have found is a MUST in this area due to the no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Loved having coffee first thing in the morning before getting out on the water and sitting out there in the evenings. If you like mangoes and are there during mango season, you are going to love the tree on the property. Please note that at the time of our visit, the boat lift was inoperable, which made some days a challenge with our boat due to really low tide. Overall great stay.

Beautiful house...very clean and cozy. We loved hanging out on the lunai in the evenings watching tv while the boys were fishing from the canal.
The coolest cat on the block.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and could not have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that the home was well cared for and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The house had plenty of space, was beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.One of the highlights of our stay was the host. They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Anytime we had a question, they replied almost immediately and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. It made the entire experience stress-free and gave us confidence that if we needed anything, they would be there to help.The location, comfort, and overall quality of the home exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home. We created wonderful memories during our stay and appreciated all the little details that made the property so welcoming.We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the host for providing such an exceptional experience. We will absolutely be booking this property again in the future!

We had a great short stay this trip down to St James City. We love SJC and this house is a easy walk to our favorite restaurant. The best way I can describe this house is spa like. It is a very nice, comfortable house and if nothing else stay here for the shower! It had everything and was well equipped with just about anything you may need, down to the yoga mats. We had a few questions at check in and the host Britt was quick to respond and help us out. We like that the house is pet friendly as we travel with a small elderly dog that has trouble getting around. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to book again if available.

Along with our daughters, we discovered Pine Island in the spring of 2020 and absolutely fell in love with its relaxed 'Old Florida' vibe. We love spending time on the island, riding our bikes around, or traversing the open waters by boat. We hope you'll visit and come to love the island as much as we do!
