The host was very accommodating to my unique situation for needing the place to stay and the lower level apartment was exactly as described on the posting. Everything was clean and in order and easy to use. If you come and go at night just make sure the outside light is on ;) would recommend this place for a short or extended stay in the area. And, Uncle Rusty’s diner is only 1.5min away and was a welcoming breakfast.

Property was very clean, Host fairly responsive, excellent for small dog, fairly close to a variety of shopping.Kitchen - Keurig non functional, replaced halfway during a 2 week stay, one plate was microwave safe (all others were not), stair rail entry stairs does not come all the way to the top of the stairs which causes user to lean out over the stairs to grasp for support (unsafe for older occupants).Exterior is not very inviting.Other properties where we've stayed in the past had a binder with specific information regarding electronics (TV needed a pass code to enable some streaming services) and any information that would be helpful for the guest.Street parking was OK, parking in alley (covered) was easy to access - very weedy transit from alley to back door.Found out West end of alley has the potential to do harm to the under side of a car because of deep ruts.2 week stay prior to new residence being move in ready, so not really a vacation, just a place to rest & wait. adequate.
