The beach area and pool were wonderful as well. We had a great stay and hope to return again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin West is always well-run, meticulously maintained, and an all-around wonderful resort. This was our third time staying here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit! We'll probably stay in a different unit next time, though, as we had several issues with routine maintainance of P508 (old, musty, uncomfortable bed and pillows; broken trash can, fridge water filter needs changing, coffee maker needs deep clean or replacement, broken shower caddy, LOUD squeaky dryer) - all issues that could be fixed in a single day.
