Chevy Chase / Friendship Heightsの中心にある全面改装された1ベッドルームのアパートへようこそ！私たちの家は、フレンドシップハイツメトロ/バスの駅やたくさんのショッピングや食事まで徒歩7分です。アパートには美しくモダンな仕上げ、新しい家具、設備の整ったキッチン、作業スペース（アップルコンピューターとプリンター）があります。私たちは子供連れの家族を歓迎し、私たちの近所はワシントンで最も安全で環境に優しいと言っていることを誇りに思っています。

Great location central to DC and Bethesda. Easy access to both by red line. Nice clean place to stay in a great neighborhood, with walkable restaurants.

Wonderful!

The property was as described - very well-maintained and ready for arrival! The hosts were very nice, communicative, and accommodating. A bad storm came through and knocked out power in the neighborhood one evening, and they brought us flashlights! We enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe walking the few blocks to the main commerce area!

Anniversary Trip

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well organized with everything you need for a getaway. Host was very friendly and helpful and even provided some welcome snacks that were greatly appreciated after a busy morning of travel and sightseeing.

Wetherford Family Vacation

David and Gladys were excellent hosts! We ordered groceries from Amazon fresh and David put our groceries in the apartment the day before our arrival. We had cold drinks waiting for us when we got in. The location is great. It is close to the metro and several restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with toiletries and k-cups. So much better than staying in a hotel. We had a great time. The accommodations are a big part of what made our trip great.

Excellent location

Stayed here with high school son to visit daughter attending AU. Excellent location close to metro and walking distance from so much stuff. The apartment is outfitted with so many amenities. I was very pleased with my choice and would definitely stay here again. Six stars.

Adorable apartment, perfect location!

This basement apartment was pristine, well-stocked and in a terrific location — just a few blocks from the red line (metro) and Whole Foods. Hosts were gracious and easy to contact. Super responsive. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. My teens and I will remember this trip fondly.

Sweet basement apartment. Clean, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen. Close walk to Whole Foods. . We would stay there again.

Clean, convenient stay in DC NW

Had a wonderful stay at the property--the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and private. The convenience to the metro (a short 7 minute walk) and the availability of several great restaurants nearby made this a 10/10 in our book. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great property to stay at and it was in a safe area. The property clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of the Metro and several restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay!

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having the separate bedroom even though I traveled by myself. The kitchen was perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely, felt very safe, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Definitely worth considering for a DC trip! I’d stay here again.

Our house is located in a beautiful and unique part of Washington, D.C. -- Chevy Chase. While being an established, safe and green neighborhood it is a short walk to Friendship Heights Metro (7 minutes!) and has a cool and happening vibe to it: tons of shopping and great options for dining -- both casual and fine. I am a big foodie and will always be happy to help you find a perfect dinner spot. We will also provide you with a complimentary visitor's guide and a map.
