Private Health and Wellness Retreat:
• The moment you walk in, the first thing guests notice is the health and wellness space on the ground level. It isn’t a typical “home gym” — it’s a full performance center. You’ll find things like a Peloton Treadmill, Hydrow Rowing machine, a cold plunge that drops to around 35 degrees, free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, padded flooring, premium Sonos surround audio, large TV, refrigerator, and more coming.

• 10' x 30' in-ground pool coming soon—scheduled for completion by July (feel free to inquire for the latest timeline). In the meantime, enjoy our on-site above-ground “cowboy pool,” perfect for lounging with 4–6 guests

• A custom outdoor Finnish sauna (reaching up to 200°F) is currently in development and scheduled to be available no later than Fall 2026

• Planning note: If specific amenities are important to your stay, feel free to ask about timing and availability. Several enhancements are actively underway, and we’re happy to confirm what will be live for your dates

A private dock stretches out over the calm water — the perfect spot for sunrise coffee, sunset wine, or simply watching the tide roll in. Two elevated balconies look out over the 1-acre yard, and you’ll find multiple gathering zones: a fire pit, Traeger grill, ping-pong setup, and plenty of lounge and dining areas for groups of all sizes.

Bedrooms:
Rest is our priority. The home includes five bedrooms (with flexible configurations available), each outfitted with high-end mattresses and premium linens. Guests tell us over and over: they sleep better here than they do at home.

Bathrooms:
Every stay comes with a spa-like touch. The layout features three well-designed bathrooms throughout the home. You’ll find single and dual vanities, showers and tubs, plush linens, and an outdoor shower.
