Welcome to your ideal beach getaway in Saint Augustine Beach! Our recently renovated second-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is just one block from the sandy shores, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. It is a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the St. Augustine Pier. Historic St. Augustine is less than a 10-minute drive away.
A fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels and a buggy are available for your use and our community pool is a short walk away.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Household Trash Please place household trash in the dumpster. Once you leave our unit, make a left and go down two buildings. You will see the dumpster in the parking lot on your right.
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was very clean, had everything you would possibly need. Plenty of towels, toiletry, and everything you would need in the kitchen. The rental was steps to the beach and pier. I enjoyed my stay!

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We didn use the pool. But, the app requires usto rate it. Based on the rest of the property, I'm confident the pool is 5 star, too. I would stay again.

The only problem was the drains in the bathroom were very poor as was the water pressure in the kitchen. I would have liked a mop to keep up with the floors. The best thing was the wagon that we used daily for beaching !

We are from Ocean Grove, NJ, which is located on the Jersey Shore. You guessed it! We love the beach! We love travelling and learning the history of places, so for both these reasons, we fell in love with St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property


Our primary residence is in Ocean Grove NJ and once we saw this condo, we felt right at home. Our condo is ideally situated just steps from the beach, offering the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and convenience. We are within walking distance of various restaurants, allowing you to easily explore the local dining scene. Plus, the St. Augustine Pier is only a short stroll away, where you can enjoy weekly farmers' markets, craft fairs, and lively festivals throughout the year.

The condo is nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, providing a serene retreat while still being close to all the action. The YMCA is conveniently located across the street, offering a range of fitness facilities and programs. W

What makes this property unique

Our condo is our home away from home! We personally picked out all the furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who like to cook. We left a touch of home by placing a few things from Ocean Grove, NJ, which is our primary residence.
