Quick 4 minute walk to the beach and all the things needed or a drive to historic downtown to check out the fort, we got it all! Walking distance from the beach, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, sprinkler park, playground, the pier, restaurant, bars, ice cream shop and farmers market.

The space
This is a newly remodeled ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a beachy, light feel. The best part is being so close to the beach which is a 4 minute walk. All 3 beds are queen sized with comfort. We offer free WiF and basic cable in all the bedrooms and living room. We also offer washer and dryer for your convenience. Our kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking ware and dishes you will need if you decide to cook. We also have a coffee maker, blend and crock pot! We will provide essentials to get you started which are shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters.

Other things to note
We have 6 beach towels and two beach chairs, some beach toys and a cooler. Due to association rules, there is no grill at the condo, but there are grills at the end of the cul de sac on Clipper.
If you have a pet please be sure to let us know the breed. 1 dog only and must be trained.
