This stylish three-level apartment features an open-concept main floor with a modern kitchen, dining, and living area. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers ample closet space, while a second bedroom provides flexibility for guests or a home office. A full bathroom serves the upper level, with an additional half bath on the main floor for convenience.

PARKING:
The property offers convenient street parking right in front of the home, with space for up to 4 cars maximum. Please ensure vehicles are parked along the curb in designated areas, and kindly refrain from parking on any grassy spots.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.


***Note: This unit is one of a two unit duplex. 1 stand alone building, two units side by side. Perfect for families or larger groups wanting to stay together. You can book both units at the same time depending on availability!
Listed below are the house rules for your reference, please review:
• A picture of the State ID or Passport for all guests over the age of 18 must be sent via airbnb message prior to the start of your stay.
• No parties.
• Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads.
• If you break or damage something please let me know and arrange for its repair.
• Booking guest must have a working cellphone number to contact host in case of emergencies and obtain access to property
• Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest free and we would like to keep it that way with your help.
• No smoking in the home. If you smoke inside the home a fee of $500 will be incurred.
• No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host. If extra guests are found to have stayed without prior approval a $40 fee will be incurred for each extra guest.
• An unauthorized late check out fee of $25 per hour will be incurred if the guest does not check out within 30 minutes of scheduled check out time.
• If the guest stays in the property 2 hours after check out, the guest is responsible to pay that day’s base rate (without discounts). Please note: This fee does not award you possession of the property for the day, you still will have to book through the site if you wish to extend your stay
• Any refund that any other Airbnb traveler gets because of your late unauthorized check out, you will be responsible for reimbursing us on the back end.


Check Out Guide

o Place all television remotes in the wall holders for their room

o Iron & Ironing board must be placed in the main bedroom closet

o Cut off the television and all of the lights

o Remove or throw away all food from the refrigerator

o Please make sure that all full trash bags are removed from the property before you leave

o Send message to the owner when you leave the property for the final time
