Regarding the neighborhood, New York City is a vibrant urban environment, and like any major city, occasional street noise or noise from neighboring residents can occur. Unfortunately, these are circumstances that are outside of our control. You booked this apartment for two guests, and we provided exactly the apartment that was described in the listing. The layout, room sizes, amenities, and location were all accurately represented before your arrival. While we respect every guest's opinion, we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the information that was provided.
