Three bedrooms apartment on ground floor
Apartment Dora, located in an uptown Crikvenica, approximately 2 km from the central square and nearest beach, offers comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TV set and terrace. It is situated on a ground floor. There is a barbecue outside which is shared with another appartment. Childrens playground is located roughly 30 m from the property and a city bus station just outside the appartmet. Parking space availabile just in front of apartment. It is surrounded by gardens and plants and has natural shade. Guests may use the whole apartment which includes two separated bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kithen and a bathroom. The living room includes sofa as an extra bed. The Apartment is 65 square meters big, and also includes yard and a grill.
The Hosts live on the first floor, above the apartment and are available to guests during their stay to provide any information necessary. Complete privacy is guaranteed as the appartment has separate entrance.

Why they chose this property
Crikvenica is beautiful place for living or holidays. I like beaches, walking near the sea, there is lot of restaurants, bars or cafe bars. Peoples are tolerable.
What makes this property unique
My home is enough far from city to have own peace and enough close to come fast wherever you need. If you dont want drive your car, there is city bus just in front of my home or you can walk.
