Host was incredibly responsive to every inquiry. He was accommodating when the pond had been drained & discounted our cost since we didn’t have the waterfront access & that was appreciated.When we arrived I realized the coffee machine was not working & he immediately ordered a new one which was delivered overnight! Our grandsons loved the loft & game rooms. Plenty of space & privacy with the lower level bedroom/living room/bathroom and main level master, bathroom & living area with game rooms. Excellent place for family to stay.

Hot tub was hot enough but had some weird foam in the filter and jets but other than that was great

Host was amazing! He helped us out immensely when unforeseen circumstances rose up. Town drained the pond prior to our arrival due to issues. Matt gave us options to check out for kayaking, fishing and swimming. Thanks for everything Matt, great house and plenty of indoor activities for bad weather.

Lovely spot for our family Thanksgiving getaway! The space was great and the games, toys and other extras kept the kids fully entertained. Our son is already asking to go back in the summer so he can go fishing.

This rental was everything they said it was .Great renovations. Many offerings sheets, towels cooking utensils, shampoos etc, kayaks, sand chairs.When we were there we blew a fuse, reported the lack of electricity in a couple of rooms and it was fixed for us immediately amazing

The house is great. It’s got a fun, unique, family friendly setup with multiple sleeping options and fun space for kids. The hot tub and lake are accessible by stairs.House is well stocked with needs. Owner highly communicative and helpful.Unfortunate situation outside of owners control: lake was drained by the state prior to our stay for dam inspection and not filled in time for our trip. Huge bummer since waterfront was super important to our group, but Mike gave recommendations in the area.While the trip may not have been five stars with this scenario, the house certainly is and we understand this was out of anyone’s control.White Lake State Park is a good spot to spend a day. Can buy tubes to float in when you get there, charcoal grills available with picnic tables, clear water, changing facilities, etc. North Conway isn’t far for shops and restaurants. Cathedral Ledge was a nice hike in the region. A day pass at Cranmore mountain gave some fun activities with our 10yo taking about 15 rides on the mountain coaster. Decent lunch up top too.House itself is a little more remote. While there are houses in the area, you’ll need to drive to anything in terms of a store, activity, etc.Check in was easy. Would recommend this spot.. especially if it had water in the lake ;)
