The apartment is complete, super comfortable, with air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans.
Sleeps up to 6 people, and guests have bedding, Electric Shower, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dining Bench, 1 Double Bed, 2-seater sofa for 2 more people and extra mattress. 7.500 btus Air Conditioner, 42 inch LED TV with full HD channel package (Telecine, HBO and Premiere Football, the top package on the net), 5 mb INTERNET with WIFI router.

Ap maravilhoso . Estou passando uns dias nele . Estou me sentido em casa. Tem tudo , e tudo funcionando perfeitamente, perto de tudo . Até para se locomover de carro particular custa barato. Voltarei com certeza em março. Obs. Adriano e Luana são de uma atenção sem igual.

LUANA e ADRIANO, O imóvel de VCS está acima da Média, sendo o custo-benefício perfeito... Pois trata-se de um AP bem localizado, com a mobilia de primeira qualidade, sem falar na baita segurança. Imóvel Sensacional, Totalmente novo e confortável

Estive por 5 dias no imóvel da Luana. O imóvel é todo novo e com móveis de excelente qualidade. Fica localizado perto de 3 mercados, bancos, farmácias e restaurantes. Há menos de 40 metros, tem um ponto de ônibus, onde consegui usá-lo para visitar o museu do amanhã, o aquário do rio de janeiro e diversas lojas no centro da cidade.Na rua paralela, tem muitas linhas de ônibus para toda a zona sul e o metrô fica a 15 minutos do imóvel. Do apartamento é possível ir a pé até os bares e restaurantes da lapa.De fato é uma excelente localização. Mas o melhor de tudo , o bairro de fátima é um bairro tradicional do centro do Rio de Janeiro, sendo bem tranquilo, inclusive durante a noite. Recomendo seu apartamento e indico, principalmente pelo tratamento vip que recebi durante minha estadia. Muito Obrigado, voltarei com certeza !

Lindo, limpo e Confortavel

O apto é lindo, tudo limpinho e novinho, alem de tudo cheirosinho. É super Confortavel, bem dividido. O bairro tb é super aconchegante tem de tudo perto, é mto movimentado. Da pra ir andando pra Lapa se quiser. Mas tem um pouco de ônibus na rua. Otimo em tudo.

Simplesmente maravilhoso

Excelente!

Apartamento realmente como mostrado nas fotos e descrito nas características, ótima localização, bem próximo da Lapa, de supermercados, Restaurantes e Bares . Bairro Agradável e tranquilo com fácil acesso aos meios de transportes públicos. Tanto o Adriano quanto a Luana são super atenciosos e se colocam em total disponibilidade para tirar dúvidas e nos receber no local. Apartamento praticamente novo, com portaria, zelador, todo mobiliado e aconchegante. Super recomendo, quando voltar ao Rio, certamente ficaremos lá novamente.
