Property great, room not so much

Plantation was great, great amenities, great location! The bed in the master bedroom was the worst bed ever, no support at all, it bowed in the middle. The sofa was wet when we checked in, it had a foul oder, the cushions were completely wore out as well as the pull out bed. The rest of the condo was ok.

This unit at plantation palms was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was wonderful and responded immediately if needed. I’m giving 5 stars because our issues weren’t their fault. However, Plantation Palms as a whole was disappointing. If you’re going with kids and a fun group of people, expect to have complaints from permanent residents and security called on you for everything. It was more like a retirement community than a fun family vacation spot.
