This property was in a great location for getting to the beach, shopping, and eating! Our three boys loved the game room, they spent a lot of time in there in the evenings. The rooms were just the right size for us and we utilized the kitchen and dining rooms often!

The property was practically perfect. It was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to relax after a long day of being out in the sun. The amenities offered were genuine life savers, especially the dryer as we ended up getting caught outside in the Florida rain.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Our kiddos loved the pool and game room. The walk to the beach was definitely doable, the beach wagon was a big help. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. They supplied all the beach necessities including a wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels and toys. Great communication with host. Enjoyed time with family.

This was my most favorite VRBO I have ever reserved. Everything you could possibly need was provided. It was above and beyond with beautiful relaxing lighting fixtures, personalized climate control in every room, an excellent bonus game room for the kiddos, beautiful bonus air conditioned sunroom and gorgeous pool and backyard. Staying here was so easy and relaxing. Coffee was provided and you could walk to the beach l, Ron Jon surf shop and Starbucks. Cute & quiet neighborhood. Excellent bedroom layout for 2 families. We loved it!!

Great pool... clean and updated inside

House was nicely decorated and clean. We were there for a Space Center visit and Cocoa Beach for 2 days. Walkable for breakfast diner/hotel as well as Ron Jon's. The pool was new and great to relax. Be sure to turn on the fountain jets (handle located at the pool equipment).

Great setting for team retreat

We booked this house because I wanted a place to get away from the office and spend some time building relationships and planning with my team. This house was very comfortable, very clean, and an excellent place to accomplish these goals. I was especially impressed with the beds. The beds were very comfortable and seemed new. The furniture was also new and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was close to the beach, shopping, and the space center. The house came equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay like we had. The kids love the game room and the pool. The shower access outside was nice after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to access. The host is easy to get a hold of and it's very receptive to any issues you may encounter. They make sure to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything you've hoped it was and more. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Cocoa!

Top of the line family friendly home in cocoa beach. Location was perfect for whatever you’re wanting to see or do. Beach access parking was a 2 block away drive, could have walked it easily.The house itself, beautiful inside with 3 big bedrooms. I always read every single review before I book these trips. Everyone gives this property great comments for a reason, these people care about your comfort period. Absolutely wonderful week with our 3 grandkids. Beach very close by and a beautiful back yard pool & patio with fire pit.Clean quiet and relaxing. You won’t be disappointed
