Villa privée 4 chambres et piscine + prise en charge gratuite + petit déjeuner gratuit

Parfaitement situé à 10 minutes à pied 5 minutes en tuk tuk du marché nocturne de la rue des pubs et du vieux marché. Les chambres répondent au standard d’aujourd’hui et sont joliment meublées avec un bureau. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Dans la chambre il y a une chaudière avec thé et café instantané, coffre-fort, peignoir, pantoufles et toutes les commodités. Il dispose d'un espace de petit-déjeuner ouvert avec un bar en libre-service (il suffit d'écrire ce que vous prenez et il sera facturé au moment du départ). La villa dispose de 4 chambres afin que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Il a une belle petite piscine dans un petit jardin tropical. L'accès aux temples est facile, vous n'avez pas besoin de traverser la ville surpeuplée le matin pour vous y rendre.

Vous pouvez accéder à la piscine, au bar à aire ouverte et à la salle de petit-déjeuner, au petit jardin tropical. J'habite à côté, alors si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous pouvez venir me voir ou m'appeler avec le téléphone portable fourni au bar.

Je suis né à Siem Reap et y ai vécu toute ma vie. J'ai aussi travaillé dans un hôtel pendant 10 ans. Je sais très bien tout à Siem Reap. Dans les chambres, vous trouverez une note sur les choses à faire. Si vous souhaitez que j'organise quelque chose à l'avance, comme tuk-tuk, voiture, guide, cirque, location de vélo ou de moto électrique, équitation, randonnée à vélo, excursion en quad, excursion en moto, vol cynique en hélicoptère, etc., n'hésitez pas à me demander. va organiser pour vous. Il y a aussi une liste de restaurants avec description dans la salle, si l'un d'entre eux vous intéresse, je peux faire la réservation pour vous.

Le quartier

La villa est située dans un quartier entièrement khmer, vous permettant ainsi de faire l'expérience de la vie locale. Ce n'est pas loin du centre ville et des temples.

Se déplacer

Se déplacer au Cambodge est facile, il y a un transport en bus pour presque toutes les grandes villes (demandez-moi de bien et celles qui sont sûres), louer une voiture ou une camionnette pour aller n'importe où au Cambodge n'est pas très cher. Si vous avez besoin de ce type de transport, demandez-moi de l'organiser à votre place.

Oasis in Siemens Reap

We enjoyed three nights at this property. Host Dany was very friendly and attentive, and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. Several members of our group enjoyed the pool, and the hubbub of Pub Street and the night markets were a short and inexpensive tuk-tuk ride away. Would recommend highly.

House was perfect for our stay - large inside, lots of space to spread out. Breakfast provided was great, pool was cleaned daily and communication with host was super smooth and easy. The tables on all the patios were broken though, the couch could use a replacement and the chairs by the pool are sparse but we did enjoy it nonetheless. An extra mirror in the bedroom would be great but otherwise well appointed large rooms. Happy to stay here.

Hospitality Plus

Dany provides amazing hospitality and went above and beyond to arrange our dinner and show reservations, our private and very reasonably priced tuk-tuk driver, and provide us with insights on touring. The villa is very nice and everything worked. It is definitely one of the nicest private properties we saw during our stay.

Tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es liegt ruhig in der Nähe des Zentrums. Die Gegend ist so sicher, das wir sogar im Dunkeln zu Fuss unterwegs sein konnten. Jeder Tag begann mit einem leckeren Frühstück, das unsere Gastgeberin frisch für uns zubereitete. Die Vermieterin war uns bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge eine große Hilfe. Sie vermittelte uns dafür Transportmöglichkeiten — entweder einen Minivan oder Tuktuks und beriet uns auch bei der Auswahl der Ziele. Das Ferienhaus ist eine ruhige Oase im heißen Siem Reap mit einem grossen Pool und einem schönen Garten.

Quiet neighbourhood with pool

Although we did not end up staying in the vrbo we had originally booked due to construction issues, this vrbo suited us just fine. There were 4 spacious bedrooms, and a lovely pool complete with waterfall. Thanks to Danny for her care and attention as well as the on site staff who were very accommodating and wished to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Good for the price but it’s hard to find the property

It was hard for me to find the property. The owner had to come out to one of the street to lead us there. A lot of tuk tuk and taxi couldn’t locate the property either. We tried to ask for more toilet paper but the owner keep insisting she put 2 extra inside which we couldn’t find it. The house itself is really nice. We love the swimming pool. The AC works good. Breakfast was ok we only had 1 egg each person and some mushrooms Over all it’s not a bad stay we just wish the house would be closer to the main attractions and easier to find. The owner was sweet and friendly.

Relaxing stay

Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of town but only a 20 minute walk or short inexpensive tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by. The villa is clean and the pool is lovely and private. The hosts were very friendly and readily available to help but not intrusive. Breakfast was cooked daily and we enjoyed a variety of food which was always delicious. They will also provide transport and advice for visits to local sightseeing areas. I would highly recommend this villa and would happily return.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap!

Great Villa, large and comfortable. Nice pool for cooling off after a day of exploring. Great location away from all the noise of the bars, yet close enough to get to town easily. Dany and Mr T are great hosts, very friendly and helpful They can take you touring if you like, and explain the history of the places you visit. I highly recommend you stay at Angkor Rithy Villa. Lovely, clean and well appointed villa. Convenient location and Dany was very welcoming and helpful.

We are a family of 5 and would like to say a big thank you to Dany for helping us enjoy our first visit to Cambodia. The villa was large, spotlessly clean and there were many thoughtful touches such as toiletries in the bathrooms and tea, coffee and fresh fruit in the bedrooms. An honesty bar was in operation and we were able to use a fridge should we want to. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice and coffee or cooked local Cambodian noodles and vegetables (very nutritious). The swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing after a hot day and pretty lighting made the garden a pleasant place to relax after dark. Dany was a very approachable and efficient host who answered all pre-holiday queries promptly and was extremely keen to help us enjoy our time in Cambodia. She helped us organise tours to several local attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dany or the villa.

Vi var her som en stor familie med 5 voksne og 3 barn. Vi hadde god plass på de flotte rommene. Badene var store og fine. Bassenget var flott og uteplassen likeså. Verten ordnet med henting og bringing til flyplassen. husverten kunne også hjelpe til med turer til forskjellige steder. Vi hadde en tur til Phnom Kulen og var fornøyd med servicen. Lettvint å bestille "Tuk tuk " til byen gjennom verten også. Turen tar ca 10 min. God frokost, vi bestilte og fikk både omelett ,kokte egg og Kambodsjansk frokost. Hadde vi visst på forhånd hvor bra det var hadde vi vært lenger. En oase i Siem Reap
