Turn off pool heat if you used it during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must notify us of any cleanliness issues upon arrival. Guests must clean grill after use. Violation of this will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Animals are not to be left unattended. If guest leaves, the animal must be kenneled.
Absolutely no parties. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $2000 and citations from local law enforcement.

This house is a true Florida Oasis. All you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. Beautiful pool with a dock over looking a gorgeous canal. The landscaping is mature and includes a beautiful avocado tree. There is not one complaint about this property. The host was great. 10 out of 10.
