The main bedroom has a large closet and laundry access. The sweet beachy bathroom includes a tub/shower, and a vintage rolling door. Enjoy the coziness of the space that embraces true North Fork coastal living.

The Neighborhood
Beach and water view at end of the driveway! Take a dunk before dinner. Put in your kayak or boat at the ramp. Swim at Founders Landing lifeguarded beach at end of road. The Boat Yard Marina is also at the end of road. Southold has many places to eat, small local shops, wineries and a brewery. Great hiking trails as well. Birding, Fishing, Golf, Pickleball, tennis, antiques, and rustic finds. Neighborhood is great for walking and biking and friendly faces. The North Fork offers farmstands, organic seasonal and fresh foods. Many live music venues, great restaurants and attractions.


Getting around
Walk to Southold LIRR station. Walk to Hampton JITNEY Southold. Boat. Walk to town of Southold. Local transportation includes: Car services, Uber, Lyft, bike rentals or Bring your bike. Ferry to Shelter Island, Connecticut or Sag Harbor.
