The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
1- Leave VAULT unlocked 2- Leave ALL Key (Door/VAULT) & Access cards on kitchen's Counter & Take them a picture & send it to me. 3- Switch off light & AC & Close widows 4-Leave the Main door unlocked.
At Least 1 Day before Check-in: 1-Send Passport copies of ALL guests 2-Provide exact check in time within the allowed times 3-Send driving license & registration if car parking requested & approved.
As per SECURITY passport copies of all guests & exact checkin time to be communicated at least 1 day before check-in, else Guests will be allowed to check-in. Reservation will be considered CANCELLED
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Excess use of AC, Water & Electricity is deductible from the Damage Deposit.
Switch Off Lights and AC if you go out or not in Use.
