Step into the first floor of the townhome to be met with modern elegance and charm. The first floor features a beautiful and stylish kitchen with quartz countertops and outfitted with quality cooking and food-prep essentials.

The kitchen opens to the dining room and living areas, where you can relax by the gas fireplace or step onto the private deck and take in the water views.

Ascend the stairs to find two spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The back bedroom features its own deck - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing for the sunset views.

Beautiful home, newly remodeled. Nice beds, beautiful showers. New appliances. Very clean, safe location. Location pretty central. Close to airport. Beach, and Downtown Charleston within 30 minutes. Would stay again.

The house is amazing, but if you are not a cat person, this house is not for you. I am not a cat person and extremely allergic to them and on my arrival there was 2 cats at the door, laying on the porch. I asked for assistance from a gentleman walking by the property to help remove them from the porch and they continued to make that area their home my entire stay. One was extremely sick and had a rotten eye, the other was covered in blood. I contacted the property manager company and was told someone would come assist me, since after I got into the property they held me hostage for 49 minutes. Every time you would try and open the door they tried coming into the property and would hiss at you continuously. Needless to say no one showed up to assist me. So finally the neighbor who feeds them come out and stood by the stairs in order for me to get out of the house and back to my car. Then one of my family members had to fight the cats out entire stay in order for us to go in and out of the front door. This is ridiculous and I was so upset that we even had to deal with this situation. House is as pictured and fabulous, but dealing with something that you are allergic to is not how you want to spend your trip.

The Good: Beautiful, remodeled home on the lake. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Neighbors and their cats are very friendly. Easy access to the airport, shopping, restaurants. The fire pit was wonderful for making smores at night. The oven did not work, but once we were able to contact the owners, they did make the repairs the next day. The Bad: We had to contact VRBO to get in touch with owners for check-in information; automated email was not sent until four hours before check-in time (VRBO requires contact 72 hours prior). We were provided six towels and three washcloths for six people for four days, then told they provide a starter set and that's why there's a washer on site. Air conditioner couldn't cool below 81-85 degrees and on the final day, it was 91 degrees in the house. Not only were we miserable, but we had to keep fans on, lights off, window shades closed, and couldn't enjoy the beautiful lake view. Construction materials, trash, paint cans and a gas can with liquid were stored in unlocked closets (including bedroom closets). Unable to locate the ironing board. No towel racks in any bathroom. No TP holder in the master bathroom. Oven did not work when we needed it (had to throw out the food we had bought for our dinner-in night). The dryer was vented into the laundry closet, which added to the heat problem. There was no contact phone number provided, contrary to what the check-in email stated, so communication was only during office hours.
